The characteristics of the Side-Downdraft BOOTH
Side-Downdraft automotive model booth with solid door assembly and ceiling air intake filtration, model #SDD-091427.
- Interior dimensions for regular model: 9' high x 14' wide x 24' deep (custom made also available)
- Axial fan with aluminium propeller and TEFC/ODP motor (1 Ph/3 Ph)
- 2" satin steel panel painted 18 ga, folded on all 4 sides for better structural strength and ease of handling
- Pre-drilled panel every 6", allows for quick and easy installation
- Evacuation: Paint Arrestor fiberglass filters (or Andraea filters)
- Roof air intake: media filters with metal framing, high efficiency and diffusion
- Class 1, division 2 to 4 tubes (T8-32W) 48" lights on clear, laminated, sealed and explosion-proof glass (120 volts or 347 volts), T5 available
- Class 1, Division 2 lights also available for hazardous workspaces (UL and ETL listed)
- Service door (30" x 84") with observation window and BRIXON lock
- Industrial door set with portholes, rubber and BRIXON locks (also available: "accordion" type folding door set)
- Galvanized steel piping complete with 4' sections, high velocity cone with non-return flap and roof flashing
- Make-up air heater and cooking unit with electronic modulation and system temperature control selector
- Optional equipment: steel ducting, booth extensions and control box
Some additional information and options
- Entrance door system (front): industrial construction with solid and durable materials. An access door can be installed at the desired location according to the customer's needs.
- Liuminaire with interior access (ETL listed) with electronic ballasts (T8): class 1, division 2, 120V/277V, 4 x 4' fluorescent tubes with interior service and switch that automatically closes the light as soon as it opens, clear laminated glass
- Compatible with sprinkler system
- Temperate fan unit and cooking unit
Some exclusions
Not included are electrical connections, air or gas connections, wall or roof openings. Not included are sprinkler systems, cranes and skyjack (if required), necessary permits and neon tubes for fixtures. Additional costs are charged for delivery and handling.
