Do you regularly have to mix paints before spraying them on your various products? Do you need a specific place to make these blends without harming the health of all your employees and colleagues? At Laflamme Air Libre, we offer services for the installation of mixing booths! You can then prepare your mixes safely in your newly installed and dedicated booth!
The characteristics of the mixing booth
- Fan KE
- Power supply: 230V, 460V, 575V (single-phase or three-phase)
- High efficiency buffers at the air inlet
- 18 gauge steel panels, painted satin or galvanized
- Door 36″ x 84″ with observation window
- 4-tube lights from 48″ on broached, sealed, semi-dark and explosion-proof glass (120 volts or 347 volts)
- Complete galvanized pipework with non-return valve
- Air intake damper (firewall)
Some exclusions
Excluded are all electrical, air and gas connections, roof and wall openings, sprinkler systems, crane costs and crush costs (if necessary). Also excluded are permits (if required) and 4-foot neon tubes.
