The characteristics of the Sandblasting and Preparation BOOTH
- Fan with explosion-proof aluminium propeller
- 1800 RPM motor (without starter box)
- 230V, 460V or 575V power supply (single-phase or three-phase)
- Fibreglass filters at the outlet with support grids
- 18 gauge steel panels, painted satin or galvanized
- 30" x 84" access door (if required) with 14" x 14" viewing window
- 48" 4-tube, 4-tube lights on broached, sealed, semi-dark and explosion-proof glass (120 volts or 347 volts)
- Standard or accordion door set (optional if closed)
- BRIXON safety latches on all doors (optional)
- 20 gauge galvanized piping
- Ventilation unit and cooking system available
- Fan for recirculation and/or evacuation
- TEFC motor, 1800 RPM (1 Ph or 3 Ph)
- Three-stage evacuation filters
- High efficiency buffers at the air intake (roof)
- For open cab: protection panels available
Some exclusions
Electrical, air and gas connections are excluded. Roof and wall openings, sprinkler systems and 4-foot neon tubes are all excluded. The same applies to crane and crest fees (if necessary) and permits (if required).
